Retail Verification

We are a WHOLESALE business that sells to RETAIL clients only. We will verify your retail status before an order may be placed.

Payment

First orders over $1,000 must be paid CC or COD CERTIFIED FUNDS. Orders under $1,000 and reorders for qualified customers can be paid COD with company check. Credit cards are charged the day the shipment leaves our facility. Please inquire if you are interested in payment options other than CC or COD.

Discounts

Discounts are given in extra FREE GLASS and are dependent upon the size of the order, and length of time as a customer. Please inquire for details.

Shipping

NOTE: Soft glass is very HEAVY and BULKY and therefore EXPENSIVE to ship, especially the big pieces. All shipments are sent out UPS ground and billed EXACT. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use your own UPS/Fedex/USPS account. You can SAVE by ordering BIG. Orders over $3,000 will be shipped pallet freight and will include FREE GLASS equal to the value of the shipping cost.


Breakage

All shipments are packed according to UPS or Pallet-Freight standards in order to guarantee insurance claims. Breakage claims are rare, but if you do have one:

1) Please report any breakage claims AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
2) We also ask that you be ready to email or text a picture of the broken or damaged glass
3) All broken/damaged pieces will be immediately replaced with new product at NO COST to the customer

Customer Satisfaction

Very few customers tell us that they are dissatisfied with our product. However, if you are dissatisfied for ANY REASON, please let us know so we can work to make things right. We take a lot of pride in the quality of the glass we make, and we want to know if you aren't happy with it (or if you are happy with it too!)
